Final Sale Policy

At urbanweavecarpets, all purchases are considered final. We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Every rug and carpet is carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

Manufacturing Defects

We are committed to delivering premium-quality rugs. In the rare event that you notice a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

To report an issue, contact us at urbanweavescarpets@gmail.com and share:

  • Clear photographs of the defect

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

Damage During Shipping

If your rug arrives damaged due to transit, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please keep all original packaging materials, as they may be required for verification and claim purposes.

Return Logistics & Costs

All return-related shipping and logistical costs will initially be handled by the customer.
Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, the applicable shipping charges will be reimbursed to your preferred payment method within 10 business days.

Made-to-Order & On-Demand Rugs

Some rugs offered by urbanweavecarpets are crafted on demand, including:

  • Hand-tufted rugs

  • Hand-knotted rugs

  • Sizes above 4×5

As these products are specially made for each order, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges will only be considered if the item is received in a damaged condition.

Refunds or replacements, if approved, will be processed within 10 days after successful inspection.
