Why Choose Us

Our Craftsmanship

Our methods combine time-honored artistry with contemporary techniques, resulting in carpets that reflect exceptional quality and refined design.

Hand-knotting

Hand-knotting is one of the earliest and most time-consuming carpet-weaving techniques. In this method, skilled artisans carefully tie each knot by hand onto the warp (vertical threads) of the loom. The knot count per square inch indicates the carpet’s quality, thickness, and long-lasting strength. Well-known examples include Persian and Turkish carpets.

Tufting

Hooking is a technique in which yarn loops are drawn through a firm woven foundation like burlap or linen, forming a raised, looped surface. Punch needle follows a similar approach but uses a hollow needle tool, resulting in a smoother and more compact pile. Both methods are valued for their rich texture and are easy for beginners to learn.

Weaving

Flatweave rugs are produced on a loom using a fabric-like weaving process, which creates a smooth surface with no raised pile. Styles such as Kilim, Dhurrie, and Soumak belong to this group and are appreciated for their detailed patterns and long-lasting strength.

Dyeing and Printing

After the carpets are completed, color is added through a range of dyeing methods. Traditional practices use natural colorants obtained from plants and insects, while modern techniques rely on synthetic dyes to produce a wider selection of colors and designs. Additionally, advanced digital printing technology can be used to create precise, rich, and eye-catching patterns on carpets.
